GO TO ROLL
These are what I call my GO TO BAGS that I use 80% of the time when I use my FM 5460 Foodsaver. Even though I have a variety of different size bags to choose from these bags are the perfect size for us to make meal preps for one or two which means less bag waste. Another plus for us is when we go to the local farmers market to buy fresh vegetables we can buy in bulk and make just the right size bag for our dinner. Sometimes due to our off setting hours from both working we can prep our own favorite meals for one and just enjoy. Do mark and date the bags for one time she thought her Chinese egg drop soup was a strawberry short cake.

Great To Work With
My wife has had Alzheimer's for five years now and I am her caregiver and very glad that I am since we have been married for sixty three years. I try to make things easier on both of us and use my food saver for as much as I can. This is our third one and it is getting a little tired, but cannot afford another for now. I make up dinners on trays and use my food saver then freeze them. You would be surprised how many dinners that I can get from a chuck roast and add some vegetables. I have used the food saver for many years now and could not do without it.

This product is perfect
I needed more 8 inch bags, and every other multi-pack of rolls that I had seen includes 11 inch rolls to make 11 inch bags. Those are too large for me and I already have several from other combo packs. This 6-pack of 8 inch rolls is absolutely perfect and great price! I belong to a farm share and bring home more produce than my husband and I can eat each week - so I freeze a lot of the excess. It is so fun to make my own bags and freeze my own food! I have found online that you do not need to blanch vegetables before freezing if you use them within one year, so I just clean the veggies, cut to size, put them into the newly made bags, vacuum, seal, date and freeze! Easy and fun!

Excellent product
I love this product! I like the flexibility of the rolls – you can make whatever size you need to fit what you are freezing. I use the 8” rolls for almost everything – it’s a great size. I used to buy the 6” roll, but it is no longer available (I wish it was still available). I buy meat when it is on sale and freeze individual portion sizes – this saves me money and also helps me eat less since I can limit the size (great way to lose weight). Occasionally I have used the 11” rolls – but they are too big for most of my needs. The meats that I freeze do not get freezer burn and taste as good as when they were first purchased. I take the meat out of the freezer and thaw (still sealed in the bag) in a bowl of cold water and it is excellent! I highly recommend this product to save money, save time, and lose weight!

outstanding product and price(two for one)
This is my second order this deer season with enough (I hope) for summer fishing that I take every year to Louisiana Gulf. I process and make deer jerky on halves for friends and I normally process 10-12 deer a season and these game rolls keep the jerky (and my fish fillets) fresh for several years if needed. Love this product along with my Food Saver Game Saver (Silver) that I use continuously when processing deer jerky and sealing and keeping my fish fillets or anything else I so desire. This two for one sale saved me several hundred
dollars and I really appreciate FOOD SAVER for this!!!! Thanks So Much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love the Game Saver Food Saver rolls of plastic
I usually find The Game Saver Food Saver rolls of plastic to be less expensive than regular Food Saver rolls of plastic, even though they seem to be an identical product. They keep all the food from getting freezer burn. I like being able to label & date the food. That way I know exactly what it is and when I froze it, so I can easily use the oldest first.
I also freeze left over's for a quick meal.
I like purchasing the 8' x 20 ' rolls of plastic to make my own custom size bags, so I don't have any excess waste.
I would & I often do recommend this product to everyone.

Great uses
I use the 8" X 20' rolls for small items and long narrow items, like trout. I have been able to keep frozen fish for a long time and never have freezer burn. I like the ability to make the bags the size I need... saves money. I keep a supply of the 11" x 16' rolls around for larger items. Due to special diet needs, I cook batches ahead and freeze. Frozen foods stay at a great quality and I can freeze the food in portion sizes. I have used FoodSaver products almost daily for many years.

My Foodsaver vacume sealler has lasted 20 years.
I bought mine to preserve my wild game, and use it for everything. Now I buy pork and beef, 10 to 20 pounds at a time, and vacuum seal my steaks a burgers so they stay fresh a long time. I also started making rice in the bags. I put in the rice and heat the water to boiling in the microwave. I add it to the bag and seal it pressing out the air. I put it in a large pot of boiling water for about 1/2 hour, and it comes out great every time. Good if you want sticky rice. I also use it for leftover chicken & stuffing casserole. Just reheat in water, not the microwave.
