Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Longer takes a charge Ive had the handheld sealer for about a year and for the first few weeks it worked well except the bags and vacuum containers would lose their seal......so i left the handheld in its charging bay and basically stopped using it.......after several months i thought id give it another try and the unit wasn't charged even though it was in the charger.....tried different outlets...tried letting the dead sealer sit for a day and then reinstalled in the charger to no avail.......in all i think i used it 10 times and is now not working......very disappointed....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked great, but not for long... I bought this for my wife on Mothers Day 2023 because she couldn't stop talking about it and had already purchased the special bags. It worked fantastic for the first 6 months but in reality sealed less than 50 bags (2-3 bags multiple times). It never got wet, and never sucked up any liquid as it was only used for cheese. The pump still runs but does not suck any air. It would be nice if it worked because I still use the bags, but now have to squeeze the air out of them underwater which is a huge effort but definitely keeps cheese much fresher than a regular zip seal type bag.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Loved it until… Purchased at Costco, used lightly for a few months, worked well. The bags do not stay airtight long, but it seems to help with food which is used proportionally in short amount of time such as snack carrots, etc. Picked it up off the charger one day, green lights all on like they always had been, nothing. Dead. Trying different tweaks in the stand, green lights and still dead. Pretty disappointed, would like some feedback if available. Thank you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money Cant buy bags for it. And even if you could they recommend not for freezer use. Cant return to store as i used the 2 trial bags to test the product (bags didnt stay airless for long.)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cleaning I’ve used this sealer quite a bit. The only problem is no matter how dry the food being sealed there is always moisture. After packing my famous meatball recipe, I noticed that the unit was full of liquid inclu ding inside the pump. It there any way of cleaning the pump.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Won't hold seal and not airtight I bought this handheld sealer several months ago and I love it or loved it so I should say. I would use it all the time but after a bag has been in the freezer for a little while it loses all its hairlessness. Then I tried to reseal it or resection the air out and it will not work whatsoever the handheld sealer works but the bags are junk
